Response to Meghan's Blog

In response to Meghan's blog on Responsibility, I agree that everyone should be held responsible for all of their actions. For example, if a guy cheated on his girlfriend and he said the excuse was "because it was predetermined that I would do it, so its okay." I think he would get broken up with then be laughed at. This is because if people aren't punished for their actions, what defines what right and wrong is. If the excuse is that it is predetermined then anyone could run around killing anyone else and then we would just have a million criminals out on the lose. The logic behind things being predetermined makes a lot of sense but using as an excuse is never right because it couldn't be proven in a court room and it just makes someone sound foolish and not want to admit that they made a mistake.
