Causation
Aristotle brings up a point about the unmoved mover. He says that there is a God that determines everything that happens. He also claimed that they start the whole chain of events things that happen. Then the conversation got started in class about what starts the chain. This got me thinking that what could start the chain. Then I had the image in my head of a bottle of coke and Mentos. This is because everything has a cause before it starts. Usually its a chemical reaction. But for example, there are many theories about how the world cam into existence. Those are typically really controversial. Some people believe in science, religion, and some just dont really question it. But finding the cause that started the whole chain of reactions, could be the hardest part. There is nothing completly definite about how anything started. This is because the world was started way before people could actually write everything down that happened. It was all passed by oral tradition and could have been changed and some details left out. As awesome as it would be to figure out what started everything it would ruin the actual thought of trying to figure it out for myself.
